Yin Yoga with Lisa

Yin Yoga is often called Restorative Yoga- It is a slow paced yoga style that focuses on holding poses for extended periods of time to stretch and increase awareness of the body’s connective tissues. Yin Yoga can help increase overall flexibility, enhance range of motion in joints and ligaments, encourage one to connect with their breath, improve emotional balance. Yin has also been known to help reduce stress, depression, anxiety and sleep disturbances.


WEDNESDAY

Gentle Yoga with Katrina

This class is Gentle but suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. Learn movements for flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction. We will also work on breathing and relaxation. Katrina weaves ancient wisdom and techniques into her Gentle Hatha classes. If you are just starting a yoga practice this is a great place to begin!

Get your day off to a great start with this fun class.  Yoga aids circulation, digestion, respiration and improves balance, strength and flexibility. So why not give it a try?  Don’t worry about being too inflexible.  Yoga is not about being able to touch your toes or twisting yourself into a pretzel.  It’s about learning what’s right for you and your body, finding your edge, growing in awareness and bringing balance to your body, mind and everyday living.  Call Therese to see if this class is right for you.

Gentle Hatha Flow with Brittany

This grounding hatha yoga class invites you deeper into your body, your breath, and your psyche with the practice of slowing down. With a creative blend of yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation, you will leave class feeling more peaceful, relaxed, grounded, and filled with insight on yogic philosophy. This all-levels class invites you to come as you are, where both modifications and amplifications are provided. Tied to Nature and the ever-changing seasons, you’ll better understand yourself, your body, and how to stay anchored during life’s transitions and phases.

Grounding Flow with Cathy

One of my primary intentions for anyone attending a class is first to create a welcoming and safe space. I like exploring breath awareness which can be used to calm, energize and bring the body into a state of balance. I encourage students to practice thoughtfully both in movement and mindfulness. I will offer grounding but also options to move energy, release and allow practice to reveal. I teach with an open approach leading by intuition and enjoy inviting each individual to allow yoga to meet them where they are in that moment. I truly love meeting new students and fostering connection within community.


SATURDAY

8:45 AM – 10:45 AM

All Level Yoga with Therese

Weekend Warriors or Lazy Daisies?  This class is a great way to prepare for the great outdoors or just for running around town.  Get those arms, legs and abs in shape for outdoor pursuits or for holding the shopping bags!  Fun props may be used to support students in their practice, such as basketballs, straps, foam rollers, blocks and walls.

Yoga with April

Join April on Sundays at 9:30am for a rejuvenating yoga class that focuses on breath, movement, strength, and balance. This session is designed to enhance flexibility and resilience while promoting relaxation and body awareness. Through mindful asanas and fluid transitions, participants will improve coordination and proprioception, deepening their appreciation for their bodies and capabilities. Incorporating mindfulness practices, the class encourages staying present and fostering a sense of inner peace. Ideal for all levels, this class helps cultivate overall well-being. Discover the benefits of yoga as you enhance your physical and mental health in a supportive environment.

~Class Policies~

Plan on arriving to class 5 minutes early.

Wear comfortable clothing that is loose and flexible, but not baggy.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Please remove all heavy jewelry.

Avoid wearing strongly scented perfumes, cologne or deodorants.

Most important, please bring an open mind and heart! An open mind means a body open to new movements and an open heart leads to endless possibilities.

Yoga has changed my life forever. It has shown me the inner strength that we can all access, once we know that it is there. Once you have realized the potential within yourself you will never look back.
