Brittany Nelson 913-461-7582
My name is Brittany & I’m a 500 hour RYT and have been actively teaching since 2016. I attended two yoga teacher trainings in 2016 and 2018 in the Bay Area and taught at numerous yoga studios, gyms, offices, and a rehab center. Most recently, I taught the Saturday morning class at Hood River Athletic Club and Snap Fitness mid-week when I resided there for two years before my move to Rhododendron.
My specialty styles include hatha yoga, yin, and slow vinyasa. My students typically share how grounded, relaxed, tuned in, and present they feel, and I’d love to contribute to this new community I’m in!

Cathy Tarsia 503-888-7363
Yoga has allowed me to access parts of myself that I never even knew existed. Not simply
breath awareness, or physical sensations but this growing sense of Prema, a deep
unconditional abiding love for ourselves and every living thing around us. It has taught me how to love myself in unexpected ways. It gives me a vessel to meet all of life’s challenges without judgement but self compassion. It has changed the way I respond to even harmful actions. It’s taught me that I can choose how I want to feel and no one can take that away from me. While it has reached down so deep inside me to my true essence it has also brought me connection to that part in others. As a guide for others, I like to offer accessible yoga, modifications and props. I enjoy teaching breathing practices, down regulation, mindfulness, yoga philosophy and opportunities for
students to connect with their bodies allowing them growing awareness and presence. I teach hatha, slow flow, restorative and yin. I would love to meet you wherever you are in your practice.
